Back when I started offering group coaching programs a few years ago, I made some mistakes.

One mistake was giving my first program the wrong name (I went with the super-original name Marc Mawhinney’s Group Program).

Another mistake was letting some wrong people into the early groups.

And the way I set up the sales page hurt my sales.

But I don’t beat myself up over those mistakes, since I refined and tweaked things with the future groups that I ran.

And after a few years, I’ve been able to get the process nailed down so well that I filled eight groups in the last six months.
