Being an online coach can be a lonely experience.
You sometimes feel like you’re on an island by yourself like Tom Hanks’ character in Castaway, and even he had Wilson the volleyball to keep him company.
(Fun fact about Castaway: the name of the main character is Chuck Noland, or C. Noland, which is a play on “see no land”)
