Without a proper foundation, your house will sink into the ground

Over the years I’ve had the chance to preview and buy a lot of different programs to help coaches grow their businesses.

Some were good, some were only so-so, but I learned from all of them (what to do, or in some cases what not to do when I construct my own programs)

I noticed something in common with most of them:

The order they presented things was mixed up.

What I mean by that is they often put stuff in the early parts of their programs that students probably weren’t ready for, instead of laying a strong foundation first.

For example, the beginning of their program could be about running a webinar to get more clients, but if you don’t know who you want to work with or how you’ll help them, it doesn’t matter how good your webinar is.

Without a proper foundation, your business will sink into the ground.

This is why I spend time in the early part of my “10 Clients In 90 Days program” on the foundational stuff.

I want my coaches to be clear on their markets and their offers before spending a lot of time on the other strategies.
