Anyways, a week before our first session they sent me an assessment to complete that dove deep into my business: the current situation, what I like and what I want to change, and my short-term and long-term goals.
This assessment really helped us in that first session, since they knew a lot about my business before we even started and it kept us on track for the 90 minutes together. We didn’t waste precious time with me trying to get them caught up, and we were able to jump right in and get rolling.
I’m a fan of client assessments, and I know Mitch Russo is too.
