Some coaches get upset when their clients surpass them.
Their ego is hurt that someone who they once saw as a “student” is getting better results than they are.
I never understood this.
If you help someone get great results, be grateful that what you’re doing works … and make sure to get a testimonial!
It’s motivation for me when a client tells me about their big wins, and if all of them made a million dollars this year I’d be a happy camper.
During a recent conversation, Ollie Denyer was telling me about one of his clients who had a big month and even surpassed what Ollie does.
(That’s not easy, since Ollie has had $140k months online)
Ollie had the right attitude about it – he was genuinely happy for his client, and it reinforced that he’s doing his job.
Don’t get defensive if your clients’ results surpass yours …
Instead, pat yourself on the back for a job well done.
If you’d like to get better results online, Ollie will be doing a training on Tuesday where he’ll show how you can consistently earn $10k/month in your coaching business.
