It was a little depressing watching baseball this year, since my Toronto Blue Jays really crapped the bed.
But a few years ago, it was a different story.
I’m getting all nostalgic and misty-eyed thinking about the 2015 season …
That year they went on a real roll (especially in the 2nd half) and they made the playoffs for the first time in 22 years.
As I settled down that October to watch the first playoff game in Canada since 1993, I was one proud Canuck.
But then something happened.
The team, which was a powerhouse during the season, changed.
The wheels fell off in that first game against the Texas Rangers, and they didn’t get any better in game #2.
They went from playing like a “powerhouse” to playing like the Bad News Bears …
The Jays dug themselves into a big hole, but managed to make a miraculous comeback to win the series (Google “Jose Bautista Bat Flip” to see what I mean) and advance to the next round.
You wouldn’t think that coaches could learn a lesson from this, but there’s a very valuable lesson that I took and applied to my business.
This lesson has made me a lot of money, and I’m going to share it with my Secret Coach Club subscribers in the November issue of the newsletter.
The deadline is tomorrow at midnight EST.
