Whenever I pop over and check my LinkedIn, I feel like I have to go get a shower.
Why?
Because I’m getting a bunch of messages in my inbox from people who just connected with me and immediately start pitching me with canned copy-and-pasted stuff.
In some cases they even say “Hi (First Name)!” and forget to insert my name … or they call me by another name like “Mike”.
Then they drop a bunch of links, or ask to hop on a call to sell me something.
I’m not saying that LinkedIn is the only social media platform where this stuff is going on, but I’ve noticed that it’s been particularly bad.
Not that it’s all been negative experiences there …
The Dux-Soup team “gets” LinkedIn, and have been a leader in the space for 9 years.
They know the right way to handle reach outs, and they’re going to teach their method for using LinkedIn to get more clients on a training we’re doing in just a few days.
It’s called “The LinkedIn Lead Generation Formula That Works (Even If You’re Not a Social Media Expert)” and it’s happening this Tuesday at 11 am EST.
