According to Merriam-Webster dictionary, “evergreen” is:
1) A plant having foliage that remains green and functional through more than one growing season
2) Twigs and branches of evergreen plants used for decoration
3) Something that retains its freshness, interest, or popularity
For coaches, #3 is the one they should be interested in.
