Steve Chandler was once approached in a grocery store by a woman who went through a past program he released.
She said she had to thank him for teaching about “The Ladder” since it changed her life and stuck with her ever since.
Steve was a little embarrassed because he didn’t know what she was talking about, but he played it cool and thanked her for letting him know.
On his way home he thought, “What the heck is ‘The Ladder’???”
So he went through his old program and stumbled across this lesson, and since it got such rave reviews he dusted it off and started teaching it again.
The Ladder is something that all coaches should know about and be mindful of before they jump on a call with any client or prospect (it’s that important!).
