A Facebook group owner manually captured a screenshot for every single request from people asking to join her group.
She needed to track all of their email addresses, and she also wanted to save the answers they gave to her membership questions.
Every time someone requested to join her group, she saved the screenshot, pulled it over into a folder on her desktop, and then had to go over to her email platform and manually enter the email addresses one at a time …
7000 times!
I’m tired just thinking about that.
