It’s not easy being a kid in 2021, and Renaye Thornborrow shared some scary stats with me recently:
- 30% of tweens have headaches and difficulty sleeping due to stress.
- 25% of children (13 to 18) have anxiety disorders
- 10% of children are diagnosed with depression before 18
Unfortunately I don’t see these numbers improving given the COVID stuff, and they’ll likely balloon because of it in future years.
It’s a good thing that Renaye is doing a live training next week to help the situation.
