The boiling point of water and online course pricing

I recently heard Danny Iny talking about the “head vs heart” debate when it comes to pricing online courses.

He argued that although you might expect that everyone should make purchasing decisions based on cool logic, that’s not always the case.

But he also argues that it’s not true that people make emotion-driven shopping choices most of the time.

His point is there’s a balance between the rational and emotional factors, and you need to take both into account if you want to sell your courses at premium prices.

When it comes to pricing, there’s a perfect price point … just like water boils at exactly 212 degrees.

150 degrees is hot, but it won’t cut it.

Neither will 200 degrees, or even 211.
