The first action I take with all new clients is an audit of their situation at the moment.
If they have them, I check out their podcasts, I join their communities (usually it’s a Facebook group, but not always), and I subscribe to their email lists to see what they’re currently doing.
We likely won’t need to throw the baby out with the bathwater – some changes can be made to boost the results with existing assets.
Other times it makes sense to start fresh, and in that case I’m with them to make sure it gets done as quickly (and with as little stress!) as possible.
