I used to do my joint ventures the same way as everyone else, until about five years ago.
That’s when I created (or more accurately, stumbled upon) a different way of doing my partnerships using a “flat fee” model.
Since then, I’ve done over 150 JVs this way, and I can’t see myself ever going back to the traditional model.
