I stumbled across an article about Paul McCartney advocating the benefits of doing “eye yoga”.
Apparently he does sets of eye exercises every day, as if he’s working out in a gym.
Since the eyes have muscles like other parts of your body, he says it’s a good thing to do (and the reason why he has never needed glasses, even at 78).
It sounds kind of crazy, but who am I to argue with an ex-Beatle and one half of the greatest songwriting duo in history?
Another thing I find crazy is when coaches try to build their businesses without a plan.
It’s hard to stay productive and get clients when you’re just winging it.
I’ve been able to stay on track for years by using something I call the 3 Pillars Strategy, and I’m going to go in-depth and share what it is in a live training that I’m doing on Wednesday, June 2nd at 2 pm EST.
