2019 was a year of big changes for my coaching business.
This included offering new programs (ie: laser coaching, one month “sprints”, etc) and upsells that I’d never done before …
I also completely revamped NaturalBornCoaches.com to make it cleaner and easier to navigate, and launched new websites and sales pages to boot.
And I got really focused and dropped things to free up time and mental bandwidth to do the really important stuff.
Since I learned a lot in 2019, the December issue of the Secret Coach Club newsletter is going to be a “year-end review” where I’ll dive-deep to show subscribers what I changed, why I made those changes, and how they can do the same. This isn’t going to be a surface-level look, I’ll be completely candid and share everything so subscribers can take what they want and use it for their businesses.
This year wasn’t all rainbows and unicorns – I tried some things that didn’t work out, so I’m going to share those flops to help others avoid costly mistakes.
I’m also including some ideas that I’ll be pursuing in 2020, and I suspect they can work for other coaches (regardless of their niche or experience level).
Finally, I read over 100 books this year, and will be including a bonus insert showcasing the ones that I got the most from … that way you can ask Santa to put them under your tree.
