I regularly increase my coaching fees, and on July 1st I’m bumping them up across the board once again.
I’ve done this for eight years, but full disclosure:
Every time I do it I feel some hesitation!
That darn little voice in my head gets chirping with nonsense like; “Your stuff is selling now, why ruin a good thing???”
Despite this, I’ve never regretted it.
If you’re constantly improving, you deserve to be compensated for that improvement.
If you’re keeping your fees the same year after year you’re penalizing yourself (and your clients, but that’s a whole other topic that I’ll cover at another time).
I’m also increasing the fees for my joint venture packages on July 1st.
The audience and downloads for the Natural Born Coaches podcast continue to rise, and the same goes for the number of coaches in my Facebook group (now at almost 23,000 members), and this email list, so that’s going to be reflected with my packages.
