Imposter Syndrome is defined as:
“A psychological pattern in which an individual doubts their skills, talents or accomplishments and has a persistent internalized fear of being exposed as a ‘fraud'”
I’ve run across my share of coaches who have struggled with this.
Heck, I have as well (in the early days of my coaching business in 2014, but I got passed it)
And the people who suffer from it aren’t only rookies who have just entered the coaching world …
I’ve seen a number of successful, heavy-hitter coaches through my podcast and other ventures who have admitted to me (off-the-record) that they still have Imposter Syndrome.
If you struggle with it you aren’t alone, but if you’d like my 1:1 help to get past it check out my laser coaching.
If you get in before the deadline tomorrow night you’ll get it for 50% off, and also receive bonus coaching time (almost 14 months instead of the usual 12 months of coaching).
