If the last few years have taught coaches anything, it’s that it helps to have multiple streams of income to protect yourself from sudden curveballs out of left field.
Take those who relied on speaking and hosting in-person events before 2020.
Then in March of that year the rug was pulled out from under them when their only source of revenue was yanked away (and 2.5 years later it hasn’t fully come back, although signs are encouraging)
I have friends who lost 90%+ of their business in one fell swoop, and had to pivot quickly – with mixed results.
