Last year, in my on-going quest to eliminate distractions from my life (not an easy thing to do!), I read a great book on the subject.
It’s called “Indistractable: How to Control Your Attention and Choose Your Life” by Nir Eyal, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to gain peace of mind and increase their productivity.
I was pleasantly surprised as I prepared for the joint venture I’m doing with Tengo Meskhi from Pensight this week, because Nir Eyal is a happy customer of theirs and uses Pensight regularly in his business.
