When building a house, you want to have a strong foundation – or it’s going to fall over.
The same goes for a podcast.
Without the proper foundation, it won’t be successful.
These foundational pieces might not seem like a big deal at first glance, but they shouldn’t be taken lightly.
It’s all about answering questions like:
Who’s your podcast for?
What will you name your show?
How often will you release it?
What will the format be? (solo, interview-style, or a hybrid of the two?)
Will your show be scripted, or free-flowing?
Etc …
