Are you working with clients from outside your local area?
A lot of coaches do 100% of their business locally, and if it works for them and they’re happy, then that’s great.
But I encourage you to look outside your town or city (your sandbox), because it’s a big world out there with lots of people to help …
Since 2014 I’ve built my business 100% online and with most who aren’t even here in Canada.
I sometimes hear coaches talking about building up their business locally first, and then expanding out from there. If that’s what you’re thinking, I’d encourage you to go international sooner rather than later.
Clients don’t care what your ZIP code is, what your last name is, whether you can name their capital city, or if you know the history of where they’re from … They want results!
If you can deliver results, it doesn’t matter if you’re a mile away or 5,000 miles from them.
If you can solve their problem, they’ll work with a coach in the North Pole (I wonder if Santa should become a coach?)
