From Sir Richard Branson:
=====
“People tend to think of entrepreneurs as lone heroes, but this isn’t how it works in real life. Many live up to their reputation as risk-takers and some remain outsiders, but despite this outlier status, entrepreneurs need support to be successful.
In fact, we’re a lot like Formula 1 race-car drivers: The person in the cockpit gets all the glory since fans tend to forget about the pit crew and the behind-the-scenes effort it takes to keep the driver on the track. Business is no different; an entrepreneur does not succeed alone …

I agree.
There was a time when I took pride in trying to do everything by myself.
Like Charlton Heston gripping onto his guns, people would have to rip business responsibilities from my “cold, dead hands”.
I wore my lone wolf status as a badge of honour, which looking back was pretty silly.
When I started delegating and handing off more duties, like hiring freelancers and VAs, my coaching business really took off.
I was suddenly less stressed, and had the mental bandwidth and energy to scale my business.
Nowadays, I delegate what I don’t enjoy doing/don’t have the time to do, so I can focus on the stuff that I should be focusing on.
If you’re a lone wolf, know that you don’t have to grasp onto every activity in your business …
There’s a better way, and Nathan Hirsch (CEO of FreeeUp.com) will be sharing it in our live training on Thursday.
