All coaches should explore doing joint ventures.
I often talk with coaches about this – but I’ve discovered that a lot of them, especially newer ones, are timid to jump into the “JV pool”.
Maybe they don’t know how to secure JV partners, or how to structure their partnerships …
Or they think; “Who would want to partner with me? I’m pretty new!”
