If you’re wondering how to make the second half of 2026 better than the first, here’s my advice:
Don’t shoot yourself in the foot by only working hard in the fall!
I’ve been in this game a long time, and every year I see coaches go MIA once the temperature heats up and it’s beach/cottage/boat/vacation time.
Coaches who take their foot off the gas for the summer months like to justify it by saying “Well, nobody buys in the summer … I’ll wait until fall to start back up”, but I’ve found the summer months to be some of my busiest.
My business keeps rolling in the summer because I treat it like the rest of the year and continue to market and sell even when it’s hot outside.
Going further into the year, I see coaches writing off November and December, with the excuse that prospects aren’t buying since it’s so close to the holiday season.
Again, this is a convenient excuse. If you take time off late in the year, it’ll become a self-fulfilling prophesy and your bank account will suffer.
Don’t make the mistake of thinking the fall is the only time to make money for the remainder of this year … if you want to have a strong second half of 2026, be open for business all six remaining months and not just a few of them.
