I recently told a member of my Coaching Jungle Mastermind about the concept of a “boat” vs an “island” for online entrepreneurs.
This member has been posting on his personal social media accounts, but doesn’t have a community up and running (yet).
While I’d never discourage someone for being out there and active, ideally you’d have a place to direct people to.
When you don’t have an online community of your own, you’re like a boat floating aimlessly around a very noisy ocean.
When you have your own online community, like a Facebook group, you have an “island” to get people to where they can find shelter and get to KLT (know, like, trust) you.
They see you every day, and it makes it a lot easier to find new people you can help.
It’s probably not a perfect metaphor, but one that got the point across with that mastermind member …
If you don’t currently have an online community rolling but would like to learn how, every member of my Coaching Jungle Mastermind gets a number of bonuses which include my “Facebook Group Gold” digital program (value $497 US)
Facebook Group Gold will show you how to grow, engage, and monetize a successful Facebook group as I share what I’ve learned in the last five years while growing my group to 18,000 members.
The mastermind will also give you consistent accountability and support while you’re growing your coaching business …
We currently have openings and you can get the details/apply to join by sailing over here:
