When you take a look around at other coaches in the online space, it can be easy to feel deflated.
A lot of them portray an image of everything being perfect in their businesses and in their lives 24/7.
They make a ton of money without lifting a finger …
They frolick on the beach and at poolside, with a cold drink in their hand and not a care in the world …
They have the perfect relationship with their soulmate …
And on and on and on.
I caution you not to believe everything you see in the heavily-filtered online coaching space.
I’ve spoken with coaches who look like they’re living the dream life, but confess to me that they’re tired, anxious, and on the edge of burnout.
But even assuming that the coaches you see are achieving what they say they are, don’t let that get you down.
Terri Levine said something that stuck with me:
“If you’re not making the money you want to, it’s not because you’re flawed, but your model is flawed”
I’m paraphrasing, but I hope you get the gist.
While some gurus will try to shame you for a lack of results, or accuse you of not wanting success bad enough, Terri knows that it’s often just a problem with your business model that can be easily corrected.
