I’m not a big television watcher.
You won’t catch me binge-watching many series, but I have plowed through a few.
I watched LOST religiously back in the old days (when we didn’t have the luxury of binge-watching on Netflix). That show is hard enough to consume if binge-watching it, but try keeping track of it by watching week-to-week!
Other favourites of mine include Breaking Bad, Suits, The Walking Dead and Nip/Tuck …
But one series that really stuck with me was Mad Men.
I’ve watched it a few times in its entirety, and I’m not sure why.
I’m guessing it’s because of Don Draper (played by Jon Hamm). It’s hard not to love Don, despite all of his faults.
It could be because of its business focus. Business was always an important part of the series and there are lots of gold nuggets for entrepreneurs to pull out of the series.
One scene in particular always stands out to me.
It’s one of the most important scenes from the seven seasons for coaches to absorb and implement, but it’s not the most well-known.
I’m not going to tell you what the scene and lesson is, since yesterday I talked about the “Free/Paid Line” and this has to go on “paid” side of that line.
