If only I had a dollar every time I heard one of these words throughout my day:
- “Niche”
- “Funnel”
- “Authentic”
And …
- “Scale”!
About that last word, yes “scale” is used a lot, but that doesn’t make it bad.
I hear the word “money” a lot too, but I kinda like the green stuff.
And it seems like everyone is talking about (and longing for) “vacations”, but you can bet that I’m a fan of them and itching to take one again.
Scaling is a good thing, but the problem is a lot of the “experts” on the subject don’t know what they’re talking about because they’ve never actually done it successfully themselves.
Two guys who know about scaling are Lucas Garvin and Jim Hohl from The Thought Leaders Institute. They’ve scaled their business from $100,000/year to $100,000/month, so they aren’t full of it.
They’re doing a live training about it on Tuesday at 1 pm EST, where they’ll teach their model to scale a coaching business by using an evergreen model.
There won’t be a replay, so go here to save your seat to watch it live:
