It’s a great question, and he’s not the only person to ask it.
For a lot of people it’s overwhelming to think of sending an email every single day.
Don’t put so much pressure on yourself with this stuff!
I once read about how much longer it takes someone to get through a burning building versus how long it takes them to get through that same building when it’s not on fire. If flames are burning all around you and death is a very real possibility, it’s going to affect your brain.
Daily emails aren’t in the same league as a burning building …
If you go into it thinking that you have to email a 2,000 word gem, or one that gives the secret to all of life’s mysteries, or something that’ll have the reader racing to the rooftops to scream out that you’re the greatest human who ever lived then that’s going to make it difficult to hit “send” consistently.
If you take the approach of relaxing, having fun with it, and sending emails that help people/entertain them/give them something to think about, it gets a lot easier.
