I’m often asked by coaches how often they should post on Facebook.
My answer:
“More than you are right now!”
If you think that posting on Facebook once a day is good enough, you’re wrong.
I talked with an expert on FB stuff yesterday, and he recommends doing *at least* 3-4 posts every day.
That’s right. Not three or four times a week, but that many EVERY DAY.
It sounds like a lot. I’ve given the recommendation to others and they look at me like I’m nuts.
Here’s the thing: people aren’t going to see everything that you post. A small percentage of your Facebook connections will actually see your posts, so one post a day won’t cut it.
If you post more, more people will catch your stuff.
Of course you have to post good content. You can’t throw garbage out there and expect to get results.
And you shouldn’t sit on Facebook all day long watching the likes and the comments. You can post and then get off FB to maximize your productivity.
I did a FB live video in The Coaching Jungle yesterday going over this in more detail:

A big part of my 10 Clients In 90 Days program is around content creation and accountability to make sure you’re getting it out there. A new program is opening up soon, more details are here:
