I’ve been following Lolly Daskal’s work around leadership for at least 7 or 8 years now. so I invited her to be a guest on the podcast.
She’s a big deal in the leadership world: she has over 1 million Twitter followers, and was named the most inspiring woman in the world by The Huffington Post.
It was pretty cool to interview Lolly this week to hear her ideas around leadership, and to talk about the concepts in her new book, The Leadership Gap.
