BECOMING A COACH
When Dawn reported illegal activity that she noticed happened at her workplace, she became the subject of horrific bullying and intimidation for several years. That would have been enough to break most people, but Dawn refused to let it keep her down and she fought back. . She took the lessons that she learned from her experiences to become a life coach and start “The Foundation of Respect” to help other people who have been subject to bullying in the workplace.
BIGGEST OBSTACLE
The biggest obstacle that Dawn faces is the money objection from potential clients. She explains her value and knows that if they see that value, they’ll find a way to make it work!
GETTING NEW COACHING CLIENTS
Dawn does a lot of networking in her own market and in local markets that are close enough to drive to. She also gets leads from her website, Facebook and referrals.
