Usain Bolt just won his 3rd gold medal for the 100m dash at the Olympic Games in Rio.

There’s a pretty cool picture of him smiling at his competitors as he crossed the finish line.

We all know that Usain Bolt is fast. But one thing that is usually the opposite (and slow as molasses) are coaches when they’re creating their online courses.

It can be a long, tedious process that lands you in quicksand, sinking deeper and deeper as the months go on.

It can all be a little overwhelming.
