Coaches (and all humans, by the way) love to complicate things.
They think that if something is too simple that it can’t possibly work, so they love trying all kinds of fancy strategies, hoping to find one that works.
But I’ve discovered that the path to building a successful coaching business is a very clear one – coaches just need to answer three simple questions:
– Who do you help?
– How do you help them?
– Where do you find them?
I imagine you’re rolling your eyes and thinking “That’s it??? Come on!” but stay with me here …
These three questions may seem basic, but in my experience only a small minority of coaches have all three of them nailed down. Others might have one or two answered, but rarely all three.
