When choosing who I joint venture with, I have a few main criteria:
They must have something that helps coaches …
It has to be something good, since my name is attached to it …
And it can’t be similar to a recent JV that I’ve done (for example, I recently did a partnership with a company that specializes in TEDx talks, so I wouldn’t do one around the same topic for awhile)
How does it work?
Once we decide that it’s a fit and nail down the promotional dates, we do a one hour call where I spend the first half learning as much as I can about your offer, and we then record your interview for the Natural Born Coaches podcast on the same call to kill two birds with one stone.
