I love Las Vegas.
It’s a cool city, and whenever I’ve gone there I’ve come back energized from the trip.
I’m currently re-reading the book “Winner Takes All” about Steve Wynn and other Vegas casino moguls like Kirk Kerkorian, and I was struck by something in it:
After Wynn conquered the town, his wife Elaine commented on how hard it was to maintain success after you’ve achieved it, saying:
“Complacency is the biggest threat when you’re running something successful”
The same goes for the coaching world …
I’ve seen coaches hit a certain level of success and then plateau, content with what they’ve achieved and staying stuck there.
But as I mentioned yesterday, that’s not the best approach since if you aren’t growing you’re dying.
That’s why I’m hosting a live workshop called “Pouring Fuel on the Fire: 3 Proven Strategies to 3x, 5x, or even 10x Your Annual Coaching Revenue!”.
If you feel like you’ve levelled off and would like to shake off that complacency, I’d love to see you there.
