In his book “The Last Lecture” (which I highly recommend), Randy Pausch said:
“Experience is what you get when you didn’t get what you wanted. And experience is often the most valuable thing you have to offer.”
I’m a big fan of experience.
If given the choice between going with someone with experience, or a rookie learning the ropes, I’ll choose experience.
