One of the most popular books in the coaching/personal development space is “Start With Why” by Simon Sinek.
And for good reason …
Your “why”, or what really motivates you, is a pretty big deal.
It carries you through the rough times, and gives you fuel when you don’t think you can keep going.
Although it’s talked about a lot in the coaching world, I feel like it’s been done on a surface-level and not examined closely.
The result is coaches choosing a Why that isn’t 100% aligned for them, and more what they think others want to hear.
So I’m dedicating space in the March issue of Secret Coach Club on this topic, giving advice for how to uncover your real motivation and sharing my own “why” (plus one of my client’s – which was different than what he originally thought his was!).
