I do my joint ventures differently than 99% of the people online.
For example:
Most do JVs where they promote a partner for a little bit, and then take a percentage of sales from that campaign.
But I do mine as a “flat fee” – the partner pays a set amount, and then keeps 100% of the sales.
And unlike most joint ventures, I don’t send out just a handful of emails, or put up a few posts across social media and forget about it …
When I promote my partner, I hammer the heck out of it for a full week with a podcast interview, daily emails, social media posts, multiple Facebook Live interviews and more …
My goal is to talk about my partner so much that coaches are sick of hearing about them!
Finally, I view my joint ventures as long-term partnerships … so when I see opportunities to refer business to my partner six months, a year, or years down the road, I’ll make the connection (I’m often tagging my previous partners into posts in The Coaching Jungle when a member needs to hire someone to help with something specific)
I’m currently filling my final few joint venture spots for 2022, so to end your year with a bang head here!
