While looking at various coaching websites, you start to notice that a lot of them seem very similar.
There’s a familiar feel with the design and copy, maybe not blatant rip-offs but close.
It’s like someone liked someone else’s site and used that template/feel, then someone copied theirs, then someone copied theirs, and on and on …
Pretty soon you get a cheap Xerox copy of the original website, kinda like when Michael Keaton’s character “Doug” made three clones of himself in the film “Multiplicity” in an attempt to make his life easier – by the time the fourth Doug came out he was pretty defective!
When I asked Larry Yu of Pinnacle Brands if they use specific templates for each client’s site or they design them from scratch, he was clear on his answer:
