As a kid growing up in the ’80’s, I used to watch JR Ewing on “Dallas” on Friday nights.
This is probably my favourite JR quote:
“Sometimes you’re the windshield, sometimes you’re the bug” …
JR used to go through a lot of ups and downs, but he usually came out on top.
Although he may not be the ideal entrepreneur to model (he was pretty entertaining), entrepreneurs can learn a lesson from this.
You’re going to be the bug some days. But stick in there and you’ll also have plenty of days when you’re the windshield …
