In business, keep your radar up for opportunities.
For example, if someone mentions that they’re friends with someone that I’d really love to have on my podcast, I don’t delay – I ask that person if he/she can connect me.
If someone mentions a show or a partnership that would be a good fit for me, I jump.
The longer you take to do that, the greater the chance that you’ll lose that opportunity.
With time, you get better at sniffing them out.
