For years I had a daily “to-do” list.
It was full of some important tasks, with a lot of not-so important ones sprinkled in there.
And as my day progressed, the list inevitably kept growing and growing as new things popped into my head, so the darned thing was never completed when I shut down at night.
To escape this cycle, I decided to change how I did things and experimented with some new systems.
I now use a “Move The Needle” list, which is much smaller, always gets completed, and leaves me accomplishing what I had to get done that day.
This forced me to cut out BS busy tasks, and has made my life much simpler.
Since then I’ve shown a few others how to do it, and they said it worked for them too so I’m teaching my process inside July’s issue of Secret Coach Club.
