Chala Dincoy left a six figure job to become a coach and hasn’t looked back! Her company “Coachtactics” specializes in helping entrepreneurs find their niche and gain traction with their businesses.
BECOMING A COACH
Chala hired a coach and that got her into coaching – she’s started working with clients before and after her day job (and even on lunch hour!). With the support of her husband, she eventually left her job to become a full-time coach.
BIGGEST OBSTACLE
Her views about money were conditioned by conditioning from her parents, but she overcome that.
GETTING NEW COACHING CLIENTS
90% of Chala’s clients come from her speaking. She believes as a coach, you have to get out there and be visible (and says; “In marketing, visibility equals money”).
