Dale Stanten had to overcome extreme challenges not only in her childhood, but later in life as well. She now writes and speaks to motivate others, and encourages coaches to share their stories to do the same!
SOME OF THE THINGS DISCUSSED IN THE INTERVIEW
– Dale has faced a lot of challenges in her life, and says; “Everytime I came up to take a breathe I got knocked back”. But this gave her a thick skin and allowed her to handle life’s ups and downs.
– Writing her book was therapeutic and very rewarding. She recommends coaches who are writing a book to be as authentic as possible!
– “I realized that I must own my story” – Dale Stanten (don’t let your story own you!)
– Everyone has a book inside them, and should share it with the world.
CURRENT PROJECT
Dale is putting together a symposium of people who have gone through extreme challenges, to share their advice and encouragement to the audience. It’s going to be called “Baggage I Did Not Have: Rising Above Circumstances” and will be not-for-profit.
