BECOMING A COACH
After selling a business, Tod had to make a decision on what he wanted to do next. His mentor was in the personal development industry, and the thought appealed to him so he made the jump!
GETTING NEW COACHING CLIENTS
Tod gets a lot of his new coaching clients from his speaking engagements, and also from offering sales assessments to companies, many of whom then hire his team to work with them.
