Rosemarie Barnes is a speaking and presentation coach known as “The Maverick Voice.” She is the founder of Confident Stages, and is based in Ladysmith, British Columbia.
BECOMING A COACH
With a background in theatre and music, Rosemarie says that the stage is her “happy place.” When she was teaching theatre in Edmonton, Alberta, she spent most of her time counselling people on their confidence. She says that acting and speaking are similar, and she uses her background to give her a unique perspective in helping the clients she now coaches.
