Antiqua Lisha is a visibility specialist and founder/CEO of Your Own University. Based in Alaska, she is a coach who helps women take back their power and gain visibility in their world.
BECOMING A COACH
Antiqua was diagnosed with cancer and started learning about the importance of nutrition on health. Her mother was a yoga instructor and she was raised in an environment that focused on health and wellness, which led her to her certification in yoga and teaching others. She got her nutrition certification as well, and went to school for her pre-med. Antiqua developed her “Divine in 9” system, got certified in coaching and started coaching others.
BIGGEST OBSTACLE
Getting people to see the value in what she was offering, as well as understanding her vision.
