Don Hutcheson is the creator and host of the podcast “Discover Your Talent – Do What You Love”. He is a lifelong entrepreneur, inventor, author and coach who helps people build a career of success, satisfaction and freedom.
BECOMING A COACH
After university, Don was in the Army, employed as a linguist. After that, he almost took a full-time job teaching, however, decided to join his friend on an idea to form a magazine (now Brown’s Guides Online).
He moved into advertising, owning a unique agency and started a career planning concept, which he co-invented with a psychologist. A friend recommended he take a coaching course, which he did and decided to enter the field to offer his years of expertise in multiple industries to others.

Being too early to the market with certain ideas, when people weren’t ready for them.
